TPO Roofing Systems
Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) is one of the most widely specified low-slope membranes in commercial construction. Its bright white surface reflects solar heat, helping reduce cooling loads on large, conditioned buildings.
MVI installs TPO systems with hot-air welded seams, careful detailing at every penetration and curb, and the insulation package your building needs — mechanically attached, fully adhered or induction-welded, depending on your deck and wind requirements.
