About Us

Ryan Miller was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas. After high school, Ryan decided to get into the fitness industry, where he worked as a Personal Fitness Trainer at 24 hour fitness through his college years.

After leaving college, he was offered a management position in the company. He found himself breaking records in sales at a 22-year-old gym. He left 24 hour fitness and decided to go on his own.

At 22, he opened his first fitness franchise right outside Lafayette, Louisiana. The business was a smash hit. He established a popular business in the small community and was a huge community advocate where he put on a lot of community events. After establishing his first location, he decided to move back home to Texas. He opened up his 2nd location on the southwest side of Houston.

After only a year of being open, the business was ranked top 20% in the nation. He opened up his 3rd location on the south east side of Houston. After a year and a half, that location became ranked top 20% in the nation as well. He then invested into his 4th fitness club in Atlanta, Georgia.  

After a decade in the fitness industry, he decided to get into real estate. He purchased multiple residential rental properties and flipped houses for people to call home. He then opened a branch of his company to remodeling and new construction, founding MVI Construction.

He believes that culture and relationships with his clients is a key to determine what exactly the client wants. His philosophy is – “People don’t care how much you know, but they know how much you care.”
